We are pleased to announce that Venier Dental Group is open to see patients. The well being of you, our valued Patients, and our employees are imperative to us and we have implemented guidelines to ensure your safety. What WE have done:
• Limiting the number of patients in the office, staggering appointments to allow physical distancing
• Installed floor markers to ensure physical distancing
• Increased cleaning services, including cleaning and sanitizing spaces between patient interactions
• Installed Plexiglas barriers to separate patients from employees at reception
• Hand sanitizing stations available for patient use
• Contactless payment or payment over the phone
• Complex screening of all patients and staff to ensure your safety from others
• Our staff will stay home if they are sick
What we ask of YOU :
• Stay home if you are sick. We will reschedule your appointment when you are well
• Keep a safe distance from others
• Follow all the posted signage (Yes, there are a lot of them!)
• Wait in your vehicle before appointments (Call us when you get here and remember – our phones are very busy at this time so please try again if you don’t get through the first time)
• Fill out the COVID-19 screening form and have your temperature taken with a forehead thermometer
• Use hand sanitizer upon entering the office
• Wear a mask when entering, exiting and at all times in the office
• Rinse with our mouth rinse before your appointment
• Leave a credit card on file for us to process your payment to minimize contact at our front desk and patients in our office, or call us when you get home
• Be patient with our team and with each other as we navigate this new normal
